Right of withdrawal
You have the right to use the right of withdrawal within 14 days and withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must comply with the statutory conditions below.
According to Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, it is determined that the Consumer (Buyer) is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product, if the product is used for a purpose other than to clarify the nature, properties and operation of the product. The consumer is not responsible for the decrease in the value of the product, if the seller or service provider has not informed him about the right of withdrawal in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of consumer rights. SIA Solorety has included this statement in the terms of use of the online store, which is considered a relevant statement and a clear provision of the distance contract, to which the Buyer, by placing the order, has agreed. The right of refusal can be used only if the buyer has not started using the product, that is, has not performed such actions that would not be possible to perform in the store, when inspecting and inspecting the product on site.
Remember! During the period of using the right of refusal, you have the right to use the product to the extent that it is necessary to test the product! As much as you could before buying the item in the store!
Article 12, Part 9 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights stipulates that the Consumer (buyer) bears the direct costs of returning the product. SIA Solorety does not undertake to cover such costs on behalf of the consumer.

SIA Solorety is obliged to repay you all the contributions you made as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days from the day when you sent a written refusal, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law.
Invitation not to misuse the right of refusal
In the event that the product has been used in violation of the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, or if this right is used for malicious purposes, SIA Solorety will appeal to you in court for compensation of damages.
